Jonathan Schiffer

As Senior Associate at RealSource Group, Jonathan specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail properties for clients nationwide. After joining Austin Blodgett & the Investment Sales team in 2020, Jonathan has helped clients achieve record pricing through his comprehensive market knowledge, proprietary property valuation, and marketing strategies. With an emphasis on service-based, internet resistant retail, Jonathan has built relationships with top tenants, developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), 1031 exchange buyers, private equity firms, and franchisees across the country.

Jonathan, alongside Austin Blodgett, has played a critical role in growing the Investment Sales division of RealSource through sale-leaseback, build-to-suit, and 1031 exchange transactions, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives. Jonathan graduated from the University of Washington, where he played in the College World Series on the Husky's Baseball team. He graduated with a masters degree in Business and minor in Real Estate.
